Privacy Policy

How we protect your customer data, interactions, and audio recordings across the LeadHunterOS ecosystem.

1. Data Isolation (Multi-tenancy & RLS)

Your CRM databases, contact lists, call history, and workflow settings belong exclusively to you. Our database architecture (PostgreSQL) uses strict Row-Level Security (RLS) at the core level. This cryptographically guarantees that no other platform user can access your data, even in the event of a system error.

2. Audio Processing and AI Models

LeadHunterOS generates and analyzes voice traffic in real time. To do this, audio streams are routed through our trusted subprocessors (Deepgram for speech recognition and LLM providers).

Important: Your call transcripts and customer interactions are never used by us or our partners to train public AI models. After a call ends, metadata is stored in your isolated environment solely for your own analytics.

3. BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier) Integration and Security

LeadHunterOS uses a strict BYOC infrastructure model for telephony. You connect your own API keys (for example, your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token). We securely encrypt these keys at our Rust backend level and use them solely to route your calls on your behalf. You retain full control over your telephony accounts and can revoke or change your keys within our system at any time.
