Payment processing is managed through our secure billing gateway. Our team handles all billing inquiries and returns through our verified encrypted infrastructure to ensure your data remains safe.
02. Usage_Policy
Once System Credits (CRD) have been applied to unlock a specific analytical report and the insights have been generated within your Dashboard, a refund is no longer applicable. This policy reflects the immediate delivery of digital intellectual property.
03. Service_Failure
Refunds are available within 14 days for unspent account balances or in cases of documented systemic technical failure where our support team is unable to restore access to the analytical modules.
