Rules for operating autonomous AI workflows on the LeadHunterOS infrastructure.
Infrastructure responsibility: LeadHunterOS is solely a provider of AI orchestration software. Since you connect your own telephony carrier account (Twilio, Telnyx, etc.), you are the actual telecom operator of record. You bear 100% of the legal responsibility for the communication content, obtaining explicit subscriber consent, and payment for telecom services to your provider.
1. Acceptable Use and Compliance
By using LeadHunterOS to orchestrate conversational workflows, you agree strictly to the following Acceptable Use rules:
- You are responsible for registering your own numbers and communication use cases (e.g. A2P 10DLC in the US) with your telephony carrier.
- You guarantee that you have obtained explicit, legally binding opt-in consent to contact your users in accordance with all applicable local privacy laws (including TCPA and GDPR).
- Zero Tolerance Policy: LeadHunterOS strictly prohibits the use of our infrastructure for fraud, phishing, unsolicited marketing, or any form of spam. Violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
2. SLA and System Performance
We take pride in our system's record-low processing latency. However, the AI agent's response speed can depend on external factors: the complexity of your system prompts, the response speed of your External APIs (webhooks), and telephony carrier network load. We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our core AI orchestration system, but we cannot be held responsible for packet loss or failures originating from end telecom operators.
